Changes in the Management Structure of Synthos
The Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A., as of 24 April 2026, has appointed Agata Gładysz‑Stańczyk as President of the Management Board of Synthos S.A. At the same time, the current President of the Management Board, Zbigniew Warmuz, has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company, assuming the position of Vice‑Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
“I fully support the decision of the Supervisory Board and thank them for the trust they have placed in me. I would like to extend my special thanks to the Synthos team – it is your work and commitment that have formed the foundation of our achievements. As a member of the supervisory body, I will continue to support the Management Board in the further development of the Company,” says Zbigniew Warmuz.
The new President of Synthos, Agata Gładysz‑Stańczyk, has been associated with the Group since October 2020 and previously served as Director of the Insulation Materials Business Unit. She is an experienced executive with many years of practice in international business structures, covering areas such as sales, marketing, innovation, production, research and development, and finance. For many years, she has also been actively involved in industry organizations at the European level – since 2025 as President of the European Manufacturers of Expanded Polystyrene Association (EUMEPS).
