What are the most common candidate questions?

  • We offer extensive development prospects, which we realize by participation in various interesting projects, as well as an exchange of experiences in multicultural teams with diverse competencies. Every employee can participate in developmental training events. All you need to do is to pre-approve the topics and the cost of the training.

  • Triple yes! Every employee can use private healthcare, group insurance and a sports package – in exchange for a small monthly fee. Each of these benefits is also available for your family members.

  • Every resume we receive is thoroughly verified by the Recruitment and Development Department and the Manager responsible for the recruitment to their team. The Recruitment and Development Department employees then contact the selected candidates whose resumes met the requirements stated in the offer and who were approved for the next stage of the recruitment process, which is an interview.

  • All resumes are received by electronic means (due to GDPR regulations). A resume is attached by clicking the APPLY NOW button under the selected offer or by applying as part of an open recruitment process. In exceptional cases a resume may be submitted in person IN ALL OUR LOCATIONS, along with the information clause, as well as signed consent forms.

  • When starting your job with Synthos, on the very first day you will have entry level training, to help introduce you into our company. The next step is support from your teammates and your supervisor. Everybody wants new members of each team to get to know our company and to familiarize themselves with their daily duties.

  • You need to fill out the contact form or apply to one of the open job openings – we will get back to you! :) In exceptional cases, you can hand in your CV in person, together with the information clause, as well as signed consent forms.

  • In most locations our office staff enjoy flexible hours. They can start between 7 and 9 o’clock and then work for 8 hours. Production employees work in shifts, depending on their work location.

  • Every employee (regardless of position or seniority), whose children attend a daycare center or preschool, is entitled to a partial monthly reimbursement of – up to PLN 200.
