Jarosław Grodzki, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Faculty of Finance and Statistics and Postgraduate Tax Studies)
An experienced manager, associated with the financial and investment sector since the beginning of his professional career. He gained experience and held numerous managerial and executive positions in various industries and areas, starting with a role at Bank Handlowy S.A., where he was responsible for several IPOs and bond issues, later focusing his activities within a large capital group. In 1998, he began working at the development company Echo Investment S.A., where he subsequently became President of the Management Board. For years, he has been associated with Michał Sołowow’s Group, where he holds or has held numerous managerial positions and roles on supervisory boards of strategically important companies. Since 2011, he has actively supported the development of Synthos S.A. as a member of the Supervisory Board and also serves on the supervisory boards of, among others, Cersanit S.A. and Barlinek S.A. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Synthos Green Energy, and since 2022, of Orlen Synthos Green Energy Sp. z o.o. He also serves as Managing Director at MS Galleon GmbH – a global holding company bringing together enterprises from various sectors and markets.
