Graduate of the Upper Silesian College of Commerce, where she obtained a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations with a specialization in Foreign Trade. She also completed postgraduate studies at the WSB University in Poznań in the fields of controlling and corporate financial management.

An experienced executive with extensive international experience in manufacturing and distribution organizations within the global construction chemicals industry. During her professional career, she has been associated, among others, with Selena FM S.A., VOX PROFILE Sp. z o.o., AXAMAG Sp. z o.o., and Fosroc Construction Poland, where she held positions such as Business Unit Director, Marketing and Sales Director, and Vice President of the Management Board for Innovation and Development.

In her work, she has been responsible for the international development of sales and marketing, production, logistics, product portfolio management, market strategies, as well as the establishment and development of R&D structures. She has broad experience working in both B2B and B2C business models, as well as in leading organizations through change processes in a dynamic market environment.

She has been associated with the Synthos Group since October 2020. Since that time, she has served as Director of the Insulation Materials Business Unit, being responsible for the development of one of the Group’s key areas of activity. On 24 April 2026, by decision of the Supervisory Board, she was appointed President of the Management Board of Synthos S.A.

Since 2025, she has also served as President of the European Manufacturers of Expanded Polystyrene Association (EUMEPS), actively participating in industry activities at the European level.
