Graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice.

An experienced executive and engineer with many years of professional practice in the chemical industry. Between 1984 and 2006, he was associated with POCH S.A., where he began his professional career in an operational role. In the following years, he held a number of managerial positions, including responsibility from 1999 for the sales of product groups for heavy industry and electroplating. Until 2002, he served as Head of the Sales and Marketing Department, after which he assumed the roles of Chief Engineer and Production Director. He also acted as a commercial proxy (prokurent) of POCH S.A.

Since 2007, he has been associated with the Synthos Capital Group, where he managed manufacturing companies in Poland and the Czech Republic and directly supervised the largest investment processes carried out within the Group. Between 2016 and 2026, he served as President of the Management Board of Synthos S.A., being responsible for the Company’s operational, investment, and organizational development.

By resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Synthos S.A., as of 24 April 2026, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A., assuming the position of Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, where he applies his extensive managerial and industry experience to support the Management Board in the further development of the Group.
