Graduate of the Technical School of Chemistry in Gliwice and University of Economics in Katowice.

Between 1984 and 2006, he worked at POCH S.A., starting as a process operator. In 1999, he became a manager responsible for the sales of heavy industry and electroplating product groups. Until 2002, he worked as Sales and Marketing Department Manager and then he became Chief Engineer and Manufacturing Director. He was also a commercial proxy for the company. Since 2007, he has been working in the Synthos Capital Group. His career has involved, among other things, management of manufacturing companies in Poland and the Czech Republic, and he has directly supervised the largest investment processes.
