Graduate in marketing and management from the Warsaw School of Economics and in international management at CEMS (The Global Alliance in Management Education) in Poland and Germany.

In 2006, he graduated with a postgraduate degree in strategic management and energy markets from the Warsaw University of Technology.

From 2001 to 2006, he worked for Convergence, where he implemented numerous value growth programmes, particularly for the power, oil and gas companies in the EMEA region.

From 2006 to 2019, he played a key role in building Kearney’s position in the energy and (petro)chemical industries in Poland. At the same time, he was involved in strategic projects in EMEA and the Middle East.

From 2019 to 2023, he worked for IQVIA developing new areas of advisory support and later being responsible for consulting in the CEE region.

He has many years of experience in defining and implementing business strategies, integration, operational excellence, digitalisation and new product launches.
